Anniversary Wall

Our anniversary wall located in the Living Room features photos and historical archives. Please continue to look at the display of photos and information as it changes frequently. We have approached our long-time members to search through their photos to share some with us.

2008 Hymn Festival/Trinity Sunday

Our 75th anniversary hymn festival is just around the corner!!! David Cherwien, the director of the National Lutheran Choir in Minneapolis, will be leading us from the organ with spirited hymn accompaniments and improvisations to new and old hymns alike. The program entitled "Pilgrimage in the Trinity" will include such hymns as:

"Come You Faithful, Raise the Strain"
       "I Bind Unto Myself Today"
       "Beautiful Savior"
"When in Our Music God is Glorified"
       "O Blessed Spring"
(featuring new hymn text by Mrs. Cherwien)
"To God the Holy Spirit, Let us Pray"
       "Stay with Us"
       "Abide with Me"

Also featured will be a community brass quintet, solo flute and a community choir from some of the churches who participated in the Epiphany Concert. For those of you who love to sing, stay tuned for more details regarding rehearsal schedules.
